Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges may vary depending upon weight and package size. Kitchen Club shipping and return policies may vary. Kindly refer contact us for more information. Return the products in their original packaging within 10 days, for either an exchange or full refund with terms & conditions applies. You must return an item in the same condition as it was received which includes free gifts.

Warranty

STONELINE® cookware is warranty to you by STONELINE® Malaysia to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its purchase. For this warranty to apply, you must follow the care and use instructions provided with the utensil. This warranty covers normal household use only.

The statutory warranty is limited to normal use (non-commercial use).

It does not cover damage caused by misuse / improper use, like for examples:

  • Damage caused by neglect, remaining oil / fat on the hob and bottom of the pan.
  • Damage due to overheating or boiling dry (formation of tar)
  • Damage due to scratching with unsuitable cooking utensils made of metal such as pointed of sharp-edged knives, forks, mixers or blenders.
  • Damage from abrasive cleaners in dishwashers.

Implied warranty: In the unlikely event of a defect, the implied warranty rights are applicable for all the terms.

Please read the instructions carefully that have provided with the purchase utensil before first use and follow the instructions t ensure that you can enjoy your STONELINE® products for many years.

Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same utensil cannot be guaranteed.

Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a defective product, please email us hello@kitchenclub.biz or contact our customer services center (+60 3 7733 9811) together with your order number and a picture of goods attached within 7 days of receiving the product. Our team will then contact you within 5 working days of receiving your email on how can proceed.

  1. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
  2. Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. We may experience problems with the supply of certain products and may therefore supply a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement or substitute you have to return it within 7 days (see the Shipping and Returns page for further details).
  3. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
  4. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted.
  5. All refunds is not exchangeable in cash basis.
